Panoramic Penthouse Stay • Front & Back Terraces

Wir haben zwei fantastische Wochen gehabt, alles war perfekt! Positive: Tolles, ruhig gelegenes Penthouse mit komfortabler und umfassender Ausstattung sowie wunderschöner Aussicht. Netter, sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr gute Kommunikation. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert! Negative: Nichts.

Positive: Equipped with everything including washing machine, dishwasher and air-conditioning. Lovely view from front terrace. Owner was helpful and very responsive

Worst booking experience ever, not cleaned and wrong arrival instructions, ready at 9:00 pm Positive: To say something, we’d say the mattresses Negative: The experience was extremely disappointing. We received incorrect arrival instructions, the wrong address, and an inaccurate description of the entrance. As a result, we spent nearly an hour just trying to find the building. Once there, the key box code provided was also wrong. When we finally managed to enter, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned at all — it was in a very poor state. The host arrived 45 minutes later to do the cleaning, so the apartment was only ready around 9:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm, which was very uncomfortable, especially with a two year old child. On top of that, the elevator was out of order. The host promised a compensation refund via bank transfer, but despite our reminders, we still haven’t received anything. The apartment itself is fine, but the chaotic arrival and the missing refund completely ruined our stay.
